This blog as the site suggests will be exclusive to DWI issues. I have two other blogs where I write about more general criminal defense topics. Since I have this DWI website I thought it would be a good idea to write the majority of my posts here. I hope to assist those that have general DWI questions. Please keep in mind that these posts are informative. While I may discuss certain issues that may relate to your case I am not your attorney. Over the years I have noticed that every DWI case is unique, but the police officers use the same language in their reports. Since they use the same language over and over they omit a lot of the important facts of a DWI arrest. These omissions can be used in your favor when the case reaches the court.
