Commercial Drivers License Saved at the ALR

One of the many pitfalls of having a commercial drivers license and being charged for a DWI is that an occupational license is not available if the administrative license revocation hearing (ALR) is lost.  While we understand the importance of winning every hearing winning one for a person that has a commercial licence is of utmost importance.  Yesterday, two of the three ALR hearings that I attended were for a person that had this type of license.  While we do not typically schedule three of these hearing at once we had to because of scheduling conflicts.  All weekend I was thinking about how these hearing would go.  If we did not win the hearings these gentleman would be unable to make a living since they rely on their license to work.  Luckily, I was able to win all three of the hearings and each of their licenses were saved.
